Base Salary: $74,470 - $82,855 (p.a.)
Total Effective Package: $94,260 - $103,779 (p.a.

The position is responsible for cultural brokerage, liaison, advocacy and support for clients ensuring the responsibility of coordination and facilitation of child and families for appointments and follow-ups.
The position works collaboratively with a Case Worker under a bi-cultural pair model.
To be considered for this position, you will require: Identifies an Aboriginal person; recognised and accepted as an Aboriginal person by the Aboriginal community Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate sensitively in a cross-cultural environment Proven experience in providing support to Aboriginal Children and families.
