The Family Partnership Worker supports the visiting team by providing education, promotional activities, and cultural guidance. Supports clients to achieve their goals and ensures that home visits are culturally sensitive.The ANFPP team consists of specially trained Nurse Home Visitors, Family Partnership Workers, Social Workers, and Nurse Supervisor. The team visits women and their families to support a healthy pregnancy and confident parenting.
