Become part of something truly impactful.As the Aboriginal Cultural Specialist, you will provide cultural advice and support to Breathing Space staff and cultural workshops, healing, and connection to program participants. The position will require you to ensure all service delivery is culturally appropriate and that Aboriginal ways of working are at the forefront of service delivery with Aboriginal men who choose to use violence and abuse. The Aboriginal Cultural Specialist provides support and guidance to Breathing Space staff based at South Hedland residential service site, to ensure a culturally safe service is provided to maximise the safety of victim-survivors and their children.This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis working 76 hours a fortnight.Who Are We?Since opening our doors in 1977, our passion for delivering high quality, people-focused support services has continued to flourish.
