Managing and deepening partnerships with Traditional Custodians in mid-west and south-west WA Supporting reserve and landscape managers to engage effectively with Traditional Custodians Facilitating Healthy Country Planning and co-developing conservation programs with Aboriginal partners Collaborating with philanthropy and corporate teams to secure resources for partnership growth Regular travel to regional and remote areas to build and maintain relationships About the Organisation:
Bush Heritage Australia (BHA) is a leading not-for-profit conservation organisation dedicated to protecting ecosystems, wildlife, and cultural heritage across the continent. Founded in 1991, BHA owns and manages a network of conservation reserves and works in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to create sustainable, collaborative conservation solutions.

You engage and build respectful, meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and have an understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal peoples in contemporary Australia.
Your background includes working with government, businesses, or NGOs to foster partnerships that empower Traditional Custodians. Additionally, you may have experience in remote communities and an understanding of conservation planning.
