There are multiple casual opportunities currently available within The Canberra Hospital Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Liaison Service. These are designated positions, only open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander People.The successful applicants should have a thorough understanding of the barriers for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People accessing health care.Prior to commencing this role, successful candidates will be required to:Hold a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011.Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.To Apply:Please apply online by submitting a copy of your CV along with a 2-page cover letter or pitch, responding to the Selection Criteria listed in the Position Description.Note: Applications submitted via an agency will not be accepted for this position.Canberra Health Services (CHS) is focused on the delivery of high quality, effective, person-centred care.
