The successful applicants will:
be a committed Christian and active member of a church have high level of interpersonal and communication skills have proven capacity to build relationships with ATSI school communities have demonstrated experience in working with disenfranchised young people with complex needs and their families have the ability to work in a team and maintain a positive and professional approach to students, co-workers and other members of the school community have demonstrated ability to identify options and provide relevant information for supporting Indigenous young people have demonstrated knowledge, understanding and guidance about ATSI local customs, history, languages, cultural protocols and practices and assisting with the development of teaching programs have the ability to support staff to build strategies to assist young people's attendance A Position Description has been included in the Employment Package for this position, which is published on the school's Employment webpage.

Renumeration for this position will be in accordance with the NSW Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2020-2023.
The commencement of this role will be 20 January 2025 or earlier by negotiation.
