Key responsibilities include:
Lead finance process improvements, reducing manual effort and enabling value creation. Manage accounting for diverse activities, including revenue recognition, leases, and accruals. Oversee inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and compliance. Support period-end close processes and prepare accurate financial reports. Contribute to cash flow forecasting, financial data accuracy, and ERP system improvements. What You'll Bring? You are a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant with a solid foundation in financial accounting and reporting. Thriving in fast-paced environments, you excel at managing multiple priorities and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless accounting operations.
You will have:
CPA/CA qualifications with expertise in financial accounting and reporting. Technical expertise to navigate complex accounting issues and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and Shared Services. Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to stakeholders. Proficiency in tax compliance and an understanding of the construction industry (preferred). A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement. Why Join Us?
