Key responsibilities include:
Process high volumes of invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to approval workflows Resolve discrepancies or delays promptly, collaborating with the Accounts Payable Lead as needed Maintain a neat and organised invoice filing system for easy record retrieval Perform reconciliations, ensuring transactions balance and supporting financial reviews Manage vendor payment queries with a friendly and professional approach Assist with period-end reconciliations, audit preparations, and compliance reporting Maintain data integrity for vendor records and contribute to improving processes What You'll Bring
Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role (experience in construction or a related field is a bonus) Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently Knowledge of accounts payable processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with a problem-solving mindset Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and vendors A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for learning and development Why Join Us?
