We are a multi-disciplinary team of allied health practitioners providing services within the NDIS landscape. We are passionate about empowering participants to achieve their goals and engage in the activities most important to them. We love what we do, and we hope you will too!
About your role: As a rapidly growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multi-disciplinary team providing supports to NDIS participants.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist who wants to work for a company where professional development and career progression is a reality. You'll bring expertise, maturity and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.
Responsibilities include: Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely mannerAssess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessmentsInterpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participantProvide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of lifeMentor graduates and early career cliniciansMaintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure complianceWhat's in it for you? Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational TherapistExcellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseloadA pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skillsExperience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational TherapistsA genuine passion for working in the disability sectorSounds like you?
