Job Description About your AAA-Team
Our South Perth team is all about collaboration and FUN! You will be working alongside a dynamic and social bunch that includes OT's, Speechies, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners. We love getting together at our Jandakot community hub as well as local cafes to support participants, support each other and socialise. Our engaging and passionate Regional Manager, Hannah Dawson, is a Physio herself, so she gets what it's like to be in your shoes! You'll see her pooch, Rosie, in the office frequently (because all offices need a mascot)!

Our clinicians are strong advocates for our participants, ensuring they receive the support they need, exactly when they need it. As part of our team, you will:
Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning, as well as their capacity to perform ADLs and IADLs Analyze assessment findings to develop tailored treatment goals Participate in ongoing professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision Engage in group supervision and disability-specific workshops Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners As you make a difference in the lives of many, we're here to support you!
