About The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Project Engineer (with road experience) to join our Sydney-based team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects - whether it's constructing bridges, upgrading roadways, or delivering other key civil works, you'll contribute to projects that shape Sydney's future.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of civil infrastructure projects.
Overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality standards, ensuring all milestones are met.
Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Identifying and managing project risks while implementing innovative solutions.
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including progress reports, cost forecasts, and technical submissions.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
A degree in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in delivering civil infrastructure/roading projects (preferably in Sydney or NSW).
Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and coordinate teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
A commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
