All about the role:
As the Product Quality Technician, you play a key role in the quality department, supporting the team by ensuring new and existing products and parts meet Electrolux quality standards utilizing testing and analytical methods. You will ensure that service life and other product specific tests are performed correctly as required by the specifications.
What you'll do:
Perform product performance, safety compliance, verification and service life reliability testing for all components and products to ensure that Electrolux standards and specifications are delivered and maintained. Product can be from the Design, Field returns, Production and National Quality areas. Carry out routine product audit of manufactured product to ensure that all quality standards are maintained. Log and issue all test reports to the appropriate engineers and others as required for review and further analysis. Assist in the design, build and operation of special purpose service life reliability and testing devices. Prepare and maintain detailed laboratory schedules to reflect departmental priorities. Create and maintain testing and laboratory status reports. Promote continuous improvement including housekeeping and the maintenance of the EMS systems using EMS principles. Maintain safe work practices and ensure self-compliance to all safety policies and procedures. Who You Are
