AAMI are looking for passionate individuals looking to kick start a new career in 2024! Join our AAMI Insurance team and provide exceptional customer service whilst identifying and recommending products to match the lifestyle needs of our customers.
Please note this role includes 7 weeks full time onsite training at our Narre Warren office.
The Role

Right now, our Narre Warren office are looking for new sales and service superstars to help new or existing AAMI by asking the right questions to determine their insurance requirements or supporting their queries. What you'll do
Receiving a high volume of calls regarding AAMI insurance products, you will:
Deliver a seamless customer experience on various insurance products that provides value for our customers
Identify the appropriate insurance policies to meet customer requirements
Achieve customer sales and service targets set for car and home insurance.

Shift & Hours
We are recruiting for both full time and part time shift options:
Part Time: Sat, Wed, Thurs, Fri – 30 hours per week – start window between 8am & 10am
Full Time: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday - start window between 8am & 10am
'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.

If successful, we are offering 7 weeks full time, paid training (Monday – Friday from 8.30am until 4.30pm), commencing on the Wednesday 31st July. This training will be held onsite at our Narre Warren office.
Work from home requirements
As this role will be a combination of compulsory onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly. To successfully work from home, you will require the following.
Home phone line or VOIP connection
Internet connection
You will be provided with a company issued Laptop which can plug into the facilities in the office, or to use when working from home.
For work from home purposes, you will also need a keyboard, mouse and computer screen at home, combined with the required cables and/or dock to connect to the laptop.
Ergonomic set up with desk and chair in a quiet, private space.
