We currently have a full-time position available for an on-road Motor Assessor.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and preparing detailed assessment reports Negotiating, monitoring, and communicating outcomes to clients and claimants Managing relationships with repairers Controlling client costs in line with business requirements Calculating vehicle values in line with accepted industry guidelines Undertake local and regional travel (as required) About us

About you
To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
Solid understanding of the insurance assessing industry Motor vehicle trade qualified (preferred) – preferably Panel Beating or spray painting Experience as a repair shop manager or estimator (preferred) Knowledge of MS Office applications Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills Self-motivated and able to work autonomously National Australian Police Check and willingness to obtain What's in it for you?
