85,000 - $130,000 + OTE including bonus AAA Finance and Insurance is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker to join our team in Birtinya, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing customised financial solutions to our diverse client base, helping both consumers and business owners secure assets including cars, campers and caravans, bikes, boats, trucks and commercial equipment as well as personal loans.
What you'll be doing Engaging with clients to understand their unique financial needs and goalsResearching and analysing a wide range of asset finance products to identify the best fit for each clientPreparing and submitting loan applications and supporting documentationNegotiating with lenders to secure the most competitive terms and rates for clientsProviding exceptional customer service throughout the application and approval processBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry partnersStaying up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practicesWhat we're looking for Minimum 1 year experience as an Asset Finance Broker or in a similar role within the banking and financial services industryStrong understanding of asset finance products, including cars, campers and commercial equipmentExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to each client's unique requirementsProven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationshipsHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyCommitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectationsRelevant tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related fieldWhat we offer Join a great team that values collaboration and successLeads provided.
