Due to rapid growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Wealth Management firm based in the City of London on a 6 month FTC. Our client is seeking a Client Onboarding Administrator to join their team to oversee the core functions of account opening and account amendments.Duties of the Client Onboarding Administrator include:Assist in reviewing account-related documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.Support the tracking of account amendments and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.Help maintain and organize account-opening documentation in accordance with internal procedures.Support in sending screening results to the front office accurately and promptly.Input client information into core banking systems under supervision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to data management protocols.Requirements of the successful Client Onboarding Administrator:Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a willingness to learn.Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Basic IT skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).Enthusiasm for learning about financial services and wealth management.No prior experience required, though an interest in financial services is a plus.
