Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join their team in Perth. The purpose of the role of Service Manager is to proactively manage the daily operations of the service department ensuring customer satisfaction, accurate and efficient service delivery, safety, compliance and continue to drive the growth of the business.
You'll be a strong leader that brings people together, and operates with passion and integrity.
The role:
Manage daily requirements of the service department including people, performance, training, operations, financials, safety and planning. Build and maintain customer relationships ensuring escalated issues are addressed within a timely manner. Ensure policy and procedures are enforced. Maintain the service and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
What we're looking for:
Tertiary qualifications in business, logistics, management or similar. Previous experience successfully managing a service department or teams. Ability to effectively communicate and lead teams. Strong communicator both verbally and in writing. Proactive and driven to achieve business goals. Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities. Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office suite. Drivers licence. Benefits:
