We specialise in large-scale commercial renewable projects across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. We are seeking an experienced A Grade Electrician for a Team Leader position who is either solar accredited or willing to obtain accreditation with the support from our Director.The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing high-pressure situations, meeting strict project deadlines, and leading a team effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial renewable energy systems, including solar, battery storage, and renewable upgrades.Work closely with Director, operations manager and team members to meet project deadlines and resolve challenges.Maintain strict safety standards and adhere to all relevant industry regulations.Foster effective communication within the team and with clients, ensuring clarity on project objectives.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair any system issues as they arise.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as an A Grade Electrician?How many years of people management experience do you have?Do you hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)?Do you hold a current electrical licence?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
