We are seeking a skilled and motivated Azure System Administrator to join a Systems Integrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Cloud services, Azure networking, Citrix environments, and experience with ConnectWise ticketing systems. Proficiency in Linux is a plus. The Azure System Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Azure environment, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance of cloud services, and supporting our Citrix infrastructure.Responsibilities:Azure Cloud Management:Administer and manage Azure cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage, and networking components.Implement and maintain Azure security best practices, including access control and identity management.Monitor and optimize Azure resources to ensure performance, availability, and cost-efficiency.Design, configure, and manage Azure networking solutions, including virtual networks, VPNs, and network security groups.Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues within the Azure environment.Implement network monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure reliable network performance.Citrix Administration:Manage and maintain Citrix environments, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance of virtual applications and desktops.Ticketing and Incident Management:Use ConnectWise ticketing system to track, manage, and resolve support requests and incidents.Prioritize and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Linux (Preferred):Administer and support Linux-based systems as needed, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.Perform basic troubleshooting and scripting tasks on Linux servers.Documentation and Reporting:Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.Generate regular reports on system performance, availability, and security.Collaboration and Support:Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other stakeholders.Skills/Must have:Azure Cloud ExperienceAzure NetworkingCitrix Would Be AwesomeConnectWise TicketingGood Under Pressure (It's for the healthcare industry-must be able to perform under stress)Rockstar PersonalityWill consider candidates that have some of these above skills, not all is requiredBenefits:MedicalDentalVision401KPTOSalary:$60,000 Per Annum
