Key Responsibilities Risk Mitigation: Support business and IT stakeholders in the creation and management of Risk Acknowledgement and Mitigation Plans (RAMPs). Risk Management Frameworks: Utilize your knowledge of risk management frameworks such as ISO, NIST, or ENISA to ensure comprehensive risk assessments and reporting. Security Frameworks: Assist in the development and implementation of security frameworks, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization. Management Reporting: Prepare and present risk-related reports to senior management, helping to inform strategic decisions. Must-Have Qualifications and Experience Risk Management Expertise: At least 3 years of experience with risk management frameworks (ISO, NIST, ENISA). Security Frameworks & Reporting: Strong understanding of security frameworks and experience in management reporting. Leadership Potential: Core experience in risk management with a strong desire to lead projects. You don't need to be a leader already, but you should have the right attitude and ambition to step up into a leadership role. Nice-to-Have Skills Certifications: Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus but not required. Salary & Benefits Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £59,000 per annum, depending on experience. Bonus: 12-15% annual performance bonus. Pension: 12% employer contribution when you contribute 3%.
