We are currently seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our client's team in Stuttgart.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing first-line support and ensuring the seamless operation of our client's systems.

Responsibilities: First-Line Support:Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.Collaborate with other support teams to ensure swift problem resolution.System Monitoring and Maintenance:Monitor the performance of IT systems and proactively address potential issues.Conduct routine system checks and implement preventive maintenance measures.Identify and escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams.Shift Work:Participate in a rotating shift schedule to provide 24/7 support coverage.Ensure continuity of operations by collaborating with team members across different shifts.Respond to critical incidents during off-hours and weekends as needed.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.Generate regular reports on system performance and support activities.Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.Customer Communication:Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.Provide clear and concise instructions to users for issue resolution.Update users on the status of ongoing support tickets.Collaboration and Training:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and participate in relevant training programs.Share knowledge and best practices with team members.Skills/Must have: Proven experience in a systems engineering or IT support role.Fluent in German with excellent communication skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Availability for shift work and on-call responsibilities.Salary: €38,400 #J-18808-Ljbffr
