They are now seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the mid-market and SMB sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of IT solutions, particularly in the areas of Microsoft, Digital, Data, ERP, CRM, and Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mid-market and SMB sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Present and promote the company's IT solutions, with a focus on Microsoft, Digital, Data, ERP, CRM, and Cloud technologies. Work closely with the technical and sales teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity for uncapped commission. Key Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the IT solutions space. Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Digital, Data, ERP, CRM, and Cloud technologies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and achieve targets. Salary & Benefits:
