Responsibilities:Perform scheduled preventative maintenance visits for customers, ensuring their Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, and Digital Signage systems are properly maintained.Proactively identify and address potential failures before they occur, resolve known issues, and provide feedback on system status with recommendations for optimal operation, future use, and reliability.Respond to reactive support calls at customer sites to resolve faults that cannot be fixed remotely.Clearly and thoroughly communicate identified faults to our helpdesk team and explain issues to clients in an understandable manner.Skills/Must have:WebExCrestronBenefits:PensionHealthInsuranceSalary:£35,500
