Responsibilities: Reporting daily to the desk managerYou are responsible for the allocation and management of incidents to the field engineersYou will be responsible for maintaining customer awareness of any incidents that occurYou will need to be a highly organised individual and able to manage multiple workloadsSkills/Must have: Strong IT skills Customer facing experienceManaging multiple duties all at onceBeing able to manage multiple prioritiesPreviously been in an admin / office based / call centre role would be advantageous Previous customer service experienceHolding a full UK driving licenseBenefits: Private healthcarePaid travel to and from the office Company pension schemeSalary: Salary would be up to £24,000 per annum
