Role Responsibilities: You will manage a team of systems engineers and administrators, coordinating tasks and risk mitigation. Lead daily operations to ensure production schedules are met, including deployments and vulnerability management. Oversee incident and event management, ensuring fault resolutions meet SLA requirements. Drive system improvements, automation, and deployment strategies, ensuring operational excellence.
