With seven offices in New South Wales and one office in Tasmania, the scope and depth of the services we offer provide exciting opportunities for both our staff and the communities that we serve.THE ROLEOur client currently has a position to employ suitably qualified and accredited individuals to provide certification related services for residential projects (Class 1 & 10).DUTIESConducting assessment of applications for Certificates issued under the EP&A Act and regulationsConducting critical stage inspections of buildings for complianceLiaising with Builders, Owners, Clients, and Government agenciesWorking on a vast range of projectsABOUT YOU1+ year experience in the assessment of Construction Certificate and Complying Development Certificate applicationsExtensive knowledge of the National Construction CodeThorough knowledge of the relevant legislationA current Drivers LicenceAccreditation under the NSW Fair Trading Accreditation Scheme as a Building Inspector or higherExcellent communication skillsDiploma in Building Surveying or relevant qualifications recognized under NSW Fair Trading – Building and Development Certifiers RegulationPersons who possess skills that can lead to a level of accreditation and experienced Building Inspectors should also apply.
