A3/Residential Building Certifier - Northern Beaches THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
Our client currently has a position to employ suitably qualified and accredited individuals to provide certification related services for residential projects (Class 1 & 10).

DUTIES
Conducting assessment of applications for Certificates issued under the EP&A Act and regulations Conducting critical stage inspections of buildings for compliance Liaising with Builders, Owners, Clients, and Government agencies Working on a vast range of projects ABOUT YOU
1+ year experience in the assessment of Construction Certificate and Complying Development Certificate applications Extensive knowledge of the National Construction Code Thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation A current Drivers Licence Accreditation under the NSW Fair Trading Accreditation Scheme as a Building Inspector or higher Excellent communication skills Diploma in Building Surveying or relevant qualifications recognized under NSW Fair Trading – Building and Development Certifiers Regulation Persons who possess skills that can lead to a level of accreditation and experienced Building Inspectors should also apply.
