A06 Senior Communications Officer

Our client is seeking a Senior Communications Officer to join their small but dynamic team based in Brisbane CBD.
This role offers the opportunity to work on two major projects creating campaigns and events for key stakeholders within State Government.
This is a four month initial contract and is available for an immediate start.
What you'll do: Deliver communication, media or engagement projects within budget and time constraints Contribute to event planning and logistics Develop communication materials for various platforms Maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders Write media statements and craft engaging social media content What you bring: Proven experience in delivering communication, media or engagement projects Experience in contributing to events, including planning and logistics Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders Ability to plan and manage competing priorities Minimum 5 years of experience in Communications roles Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
