As the Senior Operations Officer, you will
Supervise a small team and foster collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of passenger and school transport services and products.Provide top-tier frontline customer service, handling complaints, and offering expert advice to customers and stakeholders on legislative, policy, and operational matters.Oversee the implementation of the School Transport Assistance Scheme locally and contribute to the regulatory oversight of the passenger transport industry.Monitor office and data systems to uphold accountability and governance standards while guiding the team to operate within legal frameworks.Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with industry players and stakeholders, including proactive engagement with service partners during natural disasters and emergencies.Track performance against service contracts, emphasizing compliance and operational excellence.About you
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Sound understanding of legislative and policy frameworks in the transport sector.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with resilience.Holds a current C-class driver's licence
