What you'll do: Provide effective administration and business support.Assist with the management of reviews awaiting allocation.Provide exceptional customer service to all the review teams and various stakeholders.Communicate, liaise and negotiate with stakeholders, displaying empathy while remaining objective.Develop decision making, analysis and problem solving skills that can be applied to assist the Business Unit.Accurately record and maintain files and incoming correspondence in the electronic file management system and central databases.What you bring: Recent experience in an administrative role within a professional office environment.Experience considering and applying legislative principles would be highly regarded.Proficiency in Adobe and electronic file management with intermediate to advanced word processing and data entry skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritise work, manage timeframes and multi-task while meeting legislative and internal deadlines.Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
