About This RoleIn this exciting role you will collaborate with the Head of Listener Engagement to champion and deliver the promotions strategy and provide administrative support for the Listener Engagement team. You will also provide producer support to the Breakfast Show to ensure a high-quality radio program that delivers on PositiveMedia's mission to Transform Lives.
Key Responsibilities Include:· Providing administrative management for key content promotions and activations, including on-air fundraising campaigns, events, survey campaigns, and outside broadcasts
· Championing Audata (Audience Engagement Platform) across the organisation, including reporting of listener data and driving process improvements
· Driving process, system, and reporting improvements in collaboration with Data Systems Administrator
· Producing the weekday Breakfast Show including providing in-studio production support, managing talkback, and managing guests
· Working with the Announcers to develop content, interviews, competitions, listener events and campaigns for the Show
· Curating callers for on air during the Show
· Managing prize sourcing, allocation and distribution for the Listener Engagement team
About YouWe are seeking a highly organised person who cares deeply about our mission and our listeners. To thrive in this role, you will have:
· A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
· A results orientation and aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment and team
· Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support and coordination
· An impressive knowledge of current affairs, local events and popular/faith culture that is relevant to PositiveMedia's target audience
· Proven expertise developing and implementing engagement programs
· Broadcast experience in either a community, regional or commercial radio station preferred
· Working knowledge of NexGen preferred
· Radio training desirable but not essential
