You will be responsible for overseeing the administration of contracts throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. You will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, manage documentation, and facilitate effective communication between all parties involved. Your role is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

3 x Contract Administrator - $110000-$140000 based on experience:
Mango Hill - High volume Residential Experience Required
Runcorn - High volume Residential Experience Required
Redbank - Commercial Residential Experience Required
1 x Senior Contract Administrator - $140000 - $170000
Mt Gravatt - Commercial Residential Experience Required
3 x Junior Contract Administrator - $60000 - $80000
Mango Hill - 1-2 years work experience
Riverview - 2-3 years work experience
Cooparoo - procurement and general administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Prepare, review, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Tender Management:
Manage tenders from subcontractors and suppliers. Assist in compiling and finalising estimates. Review client Project Procurement Requirements (PPRs) and tender guidelines. Scope of Work Preparation: Review head contracts and prepare detailed scopes of work for subcontractors and suppliers. Cost Management:
Prepare cost reports and manage project budgets. Process payment claims and invoices. Document Control:
Manage and distribute project documentation, including drawings and specifications. Maintain accurate records of all contract-related documents. Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, the project team, and the Project Manager Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders. Reporting:
Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to senior management. Monitor and report on project progress, financial status, and contract performance.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role within the construction industry. Skills:
