Add expected salary to your profile for insights Based in Victoria, this role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the implementation of product initiatives, technology systems and new operational processes across our +750 stores, at high velocity and with precision – to minimize disruption to our customers and store/field operations teams.
The role is required to support the support-based project teams: ensuring that the overall project deliverables are implemented in the simplest way for stores.
You will: Ensure the sustainable implementation of project changes by managing people, processes, and systems Manage stakeholders through the utilization of clear and engaging communication and influencing skills Work closely with the Product, Supply, Construction, Technology teams and Field Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues Manage specific project(s) within the program to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status reports to stakeholders Ideally you bring: Project management experience; leading and implementing Retail experience: ideally FMCG, specialty general merchandise, alcohol, or food/QSR Experience delivering successful and sustainable execution of business projects Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and guiding others in resolving complex issues Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Possesses strong influencing skills.
Sound business acumen and enterprise collaboration capabilities.
