About the Job Fresh on the heels of a successful Newcastle project delivery, comes this awesome opportunity for an SPE to deliver a multi road lane duplication civils project .

This project size demands a highly competent and autonomous Senior Project Engineer, who will report directly to the Project Manager .
We are after someone strong on NSW TfNSW standards , able to understand project goals and ensure daily activities of staff & contractors align with the plan .
You will need to demonstrate being able to manage and oversee a project (or an assigned project section) around the $25M mark.
You naturally will need your civil engineering bachelor degree.
Responsibilities Support the PM through maintaining the contractual schedule & program; Provide input into the project schedule, status of works and reporting requirements; Monitor and report on project progress; Monitor, review and undertake project valuation, maintaining focus on financial outcomes, cost tracking and forecasting reports to ensure project targets are optimised; Play an active role in daily site works management, provide daily support, team supervision and feedback to field operations to produce high-quality project outcomes against company set performance criteria; Supervise the daily contract administration requirements and collaborate in the negotiation and control of subcontractor and supply agreements; Coach and provide leadership to junior engineers and assigned project employees on relevant tasks to assist with their training, including setting individual KPIs, conducting and reviewing individual performance management.
