We have a vacancy for an Administration Officer (Engineering and Maintenance) located at our Midvale Head Office for a 6 months maternity leave contract, with a possibility to go permanent. We are seeking applications of interest from experienced candidates. This position will be working in a busy environment with Managers and Supervisors to provide administrative support for plant, equipment and manufacturing management.
Job tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to :
Creating and closing out of work orders, both internally and externally Entering of Bill of Materials schedules for manufactured items Run and co-ordinate manufacturing re-order reports in conjunction with Stores personnel Raise purchase orders and picking slips Checking invoicing for processing Processing workshop staff and contractor time sheets Maintaining records and filing Additional ad-hoc tasks
The successful candidate we seek will have:
