6-Month Contract Human Resources Business Partner Opportunity for a Human Resource Business Partner for a 6-Month Contract.

This well-known organisation is looking for a temporary Human Resources Business Partner to join them for 6 months. This organisation is committed to creating an exceptional employee experience and driving organisational success. Working with their HR team, you will collaborate with the business and wider leadership teams to shape the employee journey and foster a positive work environment.
Your new role
As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning this organisation's human resources strategies with their business objectives. This position sits within the BP team and reports into the Lead HR BP. The HR BP will be assigned to support a portfolio to work with the full employee lifecycle, performance management, industrial relations and working with the L&D team for people development as well. This role will be attractive to a HR professional who wishes to be involved in cultural change while having a strong ability to upskill leaders within the organisation. The current processes in place are quite foundational with scope to be evolved. This is a hands-on position.
You will collaborate closely with the wider people team and business leadership to enhance employee engagement, drive performance, and cultivate a positive work culture. Your primary focus will be to promote a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative work environment that supports the organisations mission and values.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and capabilities. A qualification in human resources or equivalent experience is essential. You should have extensive experience in a strategic HR generalist or specialist role, dealing with complex employee-related matters and contemporary HR practices. A profound understanding of employee relations, health, safety, and wellbeing, as well as relevant legislation, is required.
