As the Director, Deal Maker/Large Pursuits Lead at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of our sales activities, leading deals from qualification to closure for complex, multi-tower multi-million deals. Your exceptional skills in deal crafting will be put to the test as you define winning propositions and lead the end-to-end response for complex deals.

Customer Success
Lead customer negotiations, including at CxO level, for complex, multi-tower deal and determine the pricing/commercial strategy. Commercial Success
Responsible for driving opportunity ownership in complex, multi-tower deals, typically in Core accounts and Strategic accounts. Create a Kyndryl differentiated proposition in line with market and customer requirements. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to obtain necessary documents and technical solutions for the bid submission. Define a unique winning proposition for deals and lead overall complex deal response end to end. Lead the deals to profitable growth. Lead the contract negotiations up to signature and complete engagement hand-over. Support Partners for both new and existing customers post-qualification; act as bridge between Kyndryl teams in deal process. Distinctive Expertise
Compile, refine, and own final proposal documents which contain technical content and designs ensuring that these are presented in a professional and concise manner. Create tools and templates for aid of GTM Partners in forming deal pitch; establish reporting & governance process for monitoring success of deal. Understand GTM pitches across the portfolio of industries. Standardize GTM pitches across the portfolio of industries and create differentiated propositions in line with market requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction and act with integrity. People
Invest in the development of the people on the account and across Kyndryl to develop the next generation of talent. Support Kyndryl in achieving its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals. Act as a steward of the Kyndryl culture. Required Skills and Experience
Possesses high level of industry-specific solution expertise and demonstrates expertise in sales techniques. Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals. At least 10 years of experience in leading complex customer negotiations preferably in BFSI or Government industries. Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree. At least 10 years sales experience in technical solutions. Being You
