The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering excellent administrative support and marketing services while constantly demonstrating initiative. We are seeking someone committed, loyal and enthusiastic that can work both in a team and autonomously. Monday - Friday, you will be responsible for:
Manage the coordination and placement of advertising and marketing in newspapers Property marketing including photography and preparation of floor plans Manage inquiries from both vendors and purchases Organising building/pest control inspectors Auction preparation and attendance Manage the exchanging of contracts and oversee all exchanges Ad hoc administration Prepare appraisal kits The Candidate: Previous experience in Real Estate - 3 months minimum is OK!
