4WD Suspension & Accessories Store ManagerWe're seeking an experienced 4WD accessory sales person to take over and manage our store in Adelaide's inner south. Are you a can-do team player looking for a new opportunity? A quick learner? Ready for the challenge of managing your own store? Passionate about 4WDs and the 4WDing community? Mechanically minded? Customer service focused? Happy to roll up your sleeves if required? Able to manage other staff?
We're a national brand with strong customer demand and a good new-product release catalogue. You'll be joining a well-established team; we just need the right person to walk in and take over. Reporting directly to the business owner, you'll be involved in all facets of the business from managing customers, sales, paperwork, workshop staff, and inventory. Prior high-level experience in a 4WD store environment would be highly regarded.
Duties include: Working with customers on technical and legal matters to identify and define their requirements and a solutionProcessing sales from showroom, phone, and email enquiriesLiaising with sales, warehouse, technicians, and suppliers to ensure products meet deadlinesCoordinating with the Mawson Lakes sales team and interstate stores to achieve company aimsManaging workshop staff to achieve customer timelines in an efficient and safe wayEnsuring OH&S systems are implemented and adhered toAssisting with product developmentSupporting special events such as 4WD shows as requiredKey Requirements: Strong customer service ethic, financial acumen, and excellent communication skillsGood mechanical aptitude and a passion for vehicles, especially 4WDsGood computer literacy for entering orders, using supplier websites, processing emails, and internal ordersStrong attention to detail to ensure orders and government paperwork are correct every timeProfessional, confident presentation with a flexible, adaptable attitudeExperience managing staff or a workshopWe're a close, dynamic team who thrive under pressure. The ideal fit for us is someone who is a team player, can think on their feet, and possesses a 'can do' attitude. It's a full-time position, trading only on weekdays.
