Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Retail Salesperson's responsibility is to provide a superior level of service to customers seeking to purchase ARB accessories.
The primary function is to engage with vehicle owners, branch management, 4x4 technicians, motor vehicle dealers, and trade resellers to address queries, place bookings, and ensure jobs on each vehicle are executed and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and process customer orders, including keying in orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and assisting with stock control.
Answer sales inquiries both over the counter, by phone, and via email from consumers, automotive retail trade customers, and automotive dealers.
Assist with the organization and execution of special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days.
Provide support and backup for the Branch Manager.
