We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team here at Mallee 4x4 as a 4WD Accessory Fitter. This is a Full-time permanent position. Mallee 4x4 is a family owned and operated fully independent 4WD & Outdoors store located in Mildura VIC. We are a leading Independent 4WD accessory store, continually moving forward with the fast paced and ever evolving 4WD aftermarket Industry. The 4WD aftermarket industry is booming and growing at a fast rate. You will never get bored with the huge variety of quality fitments and builds coming through our workshop. We pride ourselves on big quality builds and working with some very prestigious brands and builds. We are continuing to grow and expand and require an additional team member to help keep up with the demand.
Our team is passionate about 4WDing, camping, and getting outdoors exploring! We would love someone who shares our passion and is keen to bring their knowledge and enthusiasm to the team!
The successful applicant will work alongside other workshop and sales team members, attending to tasks as outlined below.
Main Duties include: (but not limited to)
Fitment of aftermarket 4WD accessories including: Bull Bars, Suspension Kits, Roof Racks, Canopies, Tow Bars, Driving Lights, Radios, Dual battery Systems & inverters, and a wide range of automotive electrical modificationsMaintaining the workshopAccepting freight and unpacking stockThe successful applicant will: Ideally have experience in either 4WD Accessory fitting or experience working with motor vehicles. But not essential, we will still consider applicants without experience who are motivated to learn. The successful applicant must: Be able to produce a high standard of work and show great attention to detailWork well as a part of a team and also have the ability to self-manage your given tasks and work independentlyBe able to follow written instructions and problem-solveBe reliable, punctual, well-presented, and self-motivatedWe would prefer applicants to deliver their resume in person to the store, at 285 Etiwanda Ave MILDURA unless you are unable to and can therefore apply here through SEEK.
