You:
To be well equipped for success in the Shift Manager role, you'll need a few tricks up your sleeve...
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with clear communications. At least a year or two of supervisor/management experience in a bar/restaurant setting. Able to motivate and train a team of staff. Friendly, positive and approachable attitude. Good banter and up for a challenge. Genuine interest in all things beer. Able to work a mix of day and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays as required. Have a valid QLD RSA and unrestricted Australian Work Rights. What are the perks?
