3rd Year Electrical Apprentice – NewcastleCertificate Ill in Electrotechnology – ElectricianHunterNet Career Connections are seeking a 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice to join our host company working on exciting local projects across the hunter. The successful candidates will complete a Certificate III in Electrotechnology – Electrician with a Tier 1 host employer specialising in electrical, data and communications, high voltage, audio-visual and engineering services.
As an Apprentice your daily duties may include: Temporary light and power installationCable tray preparation and installationLight and power cable rough in and terminationsLight and power fit offHousekeeping and material deliveriesMSB and DB terminationsTesting and commissioning electrical systemsWhat we're looking for: Genuine interest in the electrical tradePositive attitude and willingness to learnHigh regard to WHS policies and proceduresSuccessful completion of a least two years of a Certificate III Electrotechnology – Electrician (transcripts must be provided)EWP, LVR/CPR, First Aid, WAH and Spotter Training are desirable but not essentialTo make application for the position please send through a resume and cover letter highlighting your suitability.
