About the role: Findstaff are seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter who can fulfil our clients' needs by recruiting for staff across various industries, but specialising in Industrial roles.
You will proactively recruit for roles across multiple locations to a high level, utilising the latest technology and recruitment trends.
Your responsibilities will include: · Engaging in both cold and warm business development activities to expand our client base · Conducting comprehensive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding · Managing and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
This is a full time, permanent role based out of our Milton office.
About you: The role of 360 Recruitment Consultant is to provide an end-to-end solution for your clients and candidates within your region.
To be successful in this role, you will be an adaptable, resilient and motivated individual with the following background: · Demonstrated experience in a 360 recruitment role for a minimum of 3-5 years - including developing of new business · Familiarity with Microsoft Suite is essential · Experience with FastTrack 360 is a plus · Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients · Strong presentation abilities to make compelling cases for talented individuals · A tertiary qualification in business or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory · Full current Drivers Licence Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
Current Working with Children and National Police Checks are required and can be arranged for the successful candidate.
