At any given time, we have over 2,500 temporary employees working for us and each year we place more than 1000 people into full time permanent roles.DescriptionLead End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifestyle for high-volume roles, from crafting standout job ads to onboarding exceptional candidates.
Develop Client Relationships: Build trust through regular communication and on-site visits, tailoring solutions that align with client goals.
Drive Business Development: Identify new opportunities, create custom proposals, and grow strategic accounts to increase market share.
Ensure Compliance and Safety: Stay ahead of WHS and industry regulations, ensuring all placements meet compliance standards.
Deliver Results: Exceed KPIs and provide data-driven insights that improve processes and outcomes.
ProfileExperience: 3-5 years in 360 recruitment, preferably in White/blue-collar industries such as manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.
Industry Knowledge: An established network and deep understanding of high-volume recruitment challenges.
Business Savvy: Proven success in client acquisition, relationship management, and driving revenue growth.
Mobility: A valid driver's license and access to your own car is an advantage for frequent client site visits across Bathurst.
Compliance Focus: Expertise in WHS and safety standards, ensuring seamless, compliant placements.
Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
Adaptability to meet changing client and candidate needs.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
