Recruiting quality staff in line with existing and potential client demand, identifying opportunities and reverse marketing via the phone, face2face, candidate floats or hot candidates' emails.
Key responsibilities include: Grow and develop client relationships via phone, teams' meetings and face to face client meetingsTo identify client requirements across the state from the traditional day2day bookings or bulk bookings and transitioning to contracts – cross selling a longer-term solutionAttraction and retention of workforce – recruitment of workforce across the state in order to meet client demand locally and working closely with the travel nurse team to assist with FIFO solutions if local candidates are not availableEnsuring compliance with legal and company polices and reporting process What you will bring to the role: MS office SkillsProven ability to work within the required deadlines with sound time management skills and attention to detailAbility to be flexible with working hoursDemonstrated capacity to maintain confidentialityAbility to maintain a professional presentationDemonstrated effective communication and teamwork skillsDemonstrated commitment to quality performance About HCA: Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare workforce provider.
