360GO 360GO runs for a full calendar year and has been designed in consultationwith clinical and educational experts, alongside valuable insightsfrom previous Graduates. Our aim is to provide you with a nurturing,encouraging, and highly personalised journey. Here's a glimpse of whatyour Graduate year looks like at National 360:
Week 1 - Simulated Practice: OurSimulated Practice sessions provide a safe andcontrolled environment to practice your therapeuticskills and get comfortable with real-life scenariosbefore your first client session. Week 1 allows you toexperiment, make mistakes, and learn from them.
Weeks2-12 – Experiential Discovery: The best way to masterthe art of therapy is through experiential discovery – adynamic, hands-on approach that immerses you in real-lifesituations. Weeks 2-12 are all about connecting newinformation to existing knowledge, with everyday applicationsto enhance the learning process.
Weeks 13-26 – Theoretical Learning: Develop yourclinical expertise by strengthening your theoreticalfoundation through engaging in immersive and interactiveworkshops facilitated by Occupational Therapy subject matterexperts.
Weeks 27-52 –Individualised Development: A custom program will be designedwith you so you can follow your preferred roadmap toexcellence. Specialise in Paediatrics, home modifications,housing, clinical quality or assistive technology, diveinto our L&D Programs for leadership roles or maintain adiverse caseload. We'll be with you each step along the way. Supervision & Support Weare well known for providing the most comprehensive supervision &support in the industry, complemented by ancillary learningopportunities to coach and develop the best Allied Healthprofessionals in Australia. The support you receive as a 360 Graduate includes:
Observational sessions – before you take onyour first client, you will have the opportunity toobserve the end-to-end client process throughobserving experienced therapists within your localteam.
Jointappointments – your initial client sessions will becompleted with your Clinical Supervisor, who will provideyou with real-time support and feedback to refine yourapproach.
Self-directedlearning – our online library has been developed over manyyears by our Clinical Practice Advisors and Clinical Leads,covering every topic you can think of! Your ClinicalSupervisor and Team Leader will guide you on the best learningsrelevant to your interests, skills, experience level andcaseload.
2 hours ofweekly Clinical Supervision – meet with your supervisor 1:1each week to discuss your caseload, attend group supervisionto engage in peer learning, and receive behind-the-scenessupport to review your reports & therapy plans.
Weekly Team Leader Support – meetwith your Team Leader 1:1 to support your understanding oforganisational procedures, set achievable goals to worktowards, and discuss your wellbeing and work/lifebalance.
Unlimited mentoring – ourClinical Practice Advisors host over a dozen mentoring sessionseach week. CPAs share their knowledge through educationalpresentations, Q&A sessions, and providing 1:1 clinicalconsultations for the national team.
