What You'll Do Innovate and Install: Lead the installation and commissioning of MCCs, PLC/RTU/SCADA/Telemetry systems, instrumentation, motors, valves, and more.
Troubleshoot and Solve: Perform on-site fault finding and troubleshooting with the support of our engineering team.
Build and Create: Construct PLC and telemetry cabinets in our well-equipped workshop. Devise solutions and methodologies for onsite installations.
Grow Business: Coordinate the electrical team, maintain customer satisfaction, and support the sales effort.
Who You Are Qualified and Skilled: Hold an Electrical Trade Qualification for NSW and bring hands-on industrial electrical experience.
Communicative and Customer-Focused: Possess strong verbal communication skills and a knack for building positive relationships with customers.
Leadership: Confident in leading electrical teams, planning works, making decisions, and comfortable collaborating with management.
Experience: Water waste water, mining, and other industrial sector experience essential.
Flexible and Eager: Open to feedback, keen to learn, committed to service excellence, and ready to travel when needed.
