Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues in a Windows environment.Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and SharePoint environments.Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers and switches.Work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and projects.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.Required Skills/Qualifications: Australian Citizenship / Permanent ResidencyProven experience in a Level 1/2 Support role, preferably within an MSP environment.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft suite (365, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint).Experience with networking equipment such as routers and switches (desirable)Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.Relevant IT certifications are highly desirable.Benefits: Hybrid working arrangements (Blackburn North, Melbourne).A supportive and collaborative working environment with a focus on work-life balance.Opportunities for professional development, including paid certifications.A great working culture where your contributions are valued.Salary: $70,000 AUD - $90,000 AUD
