We are currently recruiting 3 x PTW Issuing Authority (Development Projects) for a Global Oil & Gas Operator in Perth, WA on initial 12 month contracts but likely to go until 2026.
This role will be based in Perth CBD to start, followed by offshore (3/3 roster) & the successful candidate will be a responsible leader to ensure the safe and efficient execution of the Phase 2B IHUC, specifically working in PTW administration.
Responsibilities: Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment. Actively participate in HSE meetings, audits and initiatives. Understand all HSE protocols and procedures. Use and apply PTW control at appropriate level of authority within the system. Understand commitments and responsibilities under Safety Case requirements. Complete handovers clearly and logically using "pro forma" documentation and communicate Issow/PTW status accurately. Effectively manage PTW interface between project and operations teams in line with behavioral and technical expectations.
Planning: Assist with preparation of Project implementation and commissioning work-packs for IHUC. Administer PTW for all IHUC activities.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience administering PTW systems. Apply knowledge to the accomplishment of daily tasks. Knowledgeable in regards to Offshore Production facilities and risks involved with operations. Achieved Cert. level 3 in Process Plant Operations or equivalent experience demonstrated. Fully competent Issuing Authority with a minimum of 5 years' experience in oil and gas (preferably offshore). Permit to Work Engica (ISSoW) / Bluebeam / SAP experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
